These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Glorious Driving School's website and lesson booking services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account Registration

To book lessons through our website, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Keeping your contact information current

Permitted Use

Our website is designed to help students book driving lessons and road test appointments in the Austin, Texas area. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Lesson Packages and Payment

We offer hourly lesson packages and a dedicated road test package, paid at the time of booking — there are no recurring subscription charges. Payments are processed securely through Square; you can pay by card, Cash App Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, depending on what your device and browser support. We never receive or store your full card number. By booking, you agree to:

Pay the fees associated with your selected lesson plan or road test package
Provide accurate billing and contact information
Notify us of any billing disputes within 30 days
Follow our cancellation and refund terms (see our Billing & Refund Policy)

Rescheduling

Each lesson booking or road test may be rescheduled up to 3 times, and only if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Once you begin a multi-session lesson plan with an instructor, all remaining sessions in that plan stay with the same instructor.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Glorious Driving School and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glorious Driving School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or our Student Conduct Guidelines. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
